RESUMO

Global climate change, with warming as its main feature, has altered the spatial-temporal evolution of factors such as precipitation and temperature that can cause meteorological disasters. The complex and changeable climate has led to frequent natural disasters, while the frequency and intensity of extreme climate events have also significantly increased, posing an enormous threat to societal production and human life. As the most important geoecological transitional zone of mainland China, the stability of agricultural production in China's north-south transitional zone is crucial for ensuring food security under climate change. With the use of daily precipitation and potential evapotranspiration data from 1961 to 2018, this study focused on analysing disturbances such as extreme precipitation and drought disasters at different time scales during the winter wheat and summer maize growing seasons in the north-south transitional zone of China from an agricultural production perspective and attempted to answer the following questions: first, from an agricultural production perspective, what are the temporal and spatial distribution patterns of extreme precipitation and arid climate events in the north-south transitional zone? Second, which areas are at high risk of being disturbed by different types of meteorological disasters and require increased attention? The results indicated that (1) in terms of the overall temporal variation, the degree of extreme precipitation and drought stress faced by agricultural production in the region is decreasing. However, the temporal variation at each station in the north-south transitional zone was not completely consistent with the overall trend, and both increasing and decreasing trends were observed. The sites exhibiting an increase overlapped with typical regions of the north-south transitional zone to varying degrees, indicating that the typical regions represented not only theoretical potential risk areas under climate change but also suffered from meteorological disaster disturbances. (2) The precipitation distribution during the winter wheat growth period in the south-north transitional zone was uneven and varied significantly. High values of extreme precipitation indices during the winter wheat growth period were mainly concentrated in the southern part of the eastern section of the north‒south transitional zone. The precipitation distribution during the summer maize growth period significantly differed, with the highest amount of heavy rain and largest number of rainstorm days concentrated in the southeastern part of the north‒south transitional zone. The spatial distribution of the drought frequency in the north-south transitional zone, as indicated by the monthly standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index (SPEI1), showed that the areas with high total drought frequencies were mainly concentrated in northeast Jiangsu, southeast Henan, and north Anhui, which primarily experienced light drought. The central part of Jiangsu Province exhibited a high frequency of moderate drought, while southern Jiangsu Province and southwestern Shaanxi Province were prone to severe drought. Additionally, southeastern Hebei and eastern Henan were identified as areas with a high frequency of extreme drought. Finally, the central region of Sichuan Province was characterized by both severe and extreme drought conditions. Based on the SPEI12-derived spatial distribution of the drought frequency in the north-south transitional zone, the areas with a high total drought frequency were mainly concentrated in central and eastern Henan, southeast Shaanxi, southeast Shandong, and central Sichuan, which primarily experienced light to moderate drought. The northwestern part of Jiangsu, the southern part of Hebei, and the western part of Shandong are regions with a high frequency of severe drought, while the eastern part of Henan is an area with high frequencies of both severe and extreme drought. (3) High-value areas of extreme precipitation and drought disturbance in the north-south transitional zone overlapped with the edge of the transitional zone to varying degrees. Approximately 63.58% of the north‒south transitional zone of China was characterized by moderate or high stress levels, primarily concentrated along the southern boundary and central core area, and nearly 39.5% of all counties experienced two or more types of disaster stresses.

RESUMO

The emerging monkeypox virus (MPXV) has raised global health concern, thereby highlighting the need for rapid, sensitive, and easy-to-use diagnostics. Here, we develop a single-step CRISPR-based diagnostic platform, termed SCOPE (Streamlined CRISPR On Pod Evaluation platform), for field-deployable ultrasensitive detection of MPXV in resource-limited settings. The viral nucleic acids are rapidly released from the rash fluid swab, oral swab, saliva, and urine samples in 2 min via a streamlined viral lysis protocol, followed by a 10-min single-step recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA)-CRISPR/Cas13a reaction. A pod-shaped vest-pocket analysis device achieves the whole process for reaction execution, signal acquisition, and result interpretation. SCOPE can detect as low as 0.5 copies/µL (2.5 copies/reaction) of MPXV within 15 min from the sample input to the answer. We validate the developed assay on 102 clinical samples from male patients / volunteers, and the testing results are 100% concordant with the real-time PCR. SCOPE achieves a single-molecular level sensitivity in minutes with a simplified procedure performed on a miniaturized wireless device, which is expected to spur substantial progress to enable the practice application of CRISPR-based diagnostics techniques in a point-of-care setting.

RESUMO

Crowd movement analysis (CMA) is a key technology in the field of public safety. This technology provides reference for identifying potential hazards in public places by analyzing crowd aggregation and dispersion behavior. Traditional video processing techniques are susceptible to factors such as environmental lighting and depth of field when analyzing crowd movements, so cannot accurately locate the source of events. Radar, on the other hand, offers all-weather distance and angle measurements, effectively compensating for the shortcomings of video surveillance. This paper proposes a crowd motion analysis method based on radar particle flow (RPF). Firstly, radar particle flow is extracted from adjacent frames of millimeter-wave radar point sets by utilizing the optical flow method. Then, a new concept of micro-source is defined to describe whether any two RPF vectors originated from or reach the same location. Finally, in each local area, the internal micro-sources are counted to form a local diffusion potential, which characterizes the movement state of the crowd. The proposed algorithm is validated in real scenarios. By analyzing and processing radar data on aggregation, dispersion, and normal movements, the algorithm is able to effectively identify these movements with an accuracy rate of no less than 88%.

RESUMO

The expression of long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) in peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) and its clinical relevance in colorectal cancer (CRC) remains largely uncharacterized. To address these gaps, we investigated the expression profiles of lncRNAs in PBMC from CRC and healthy controls (HC) by RNA sequencing. The expression level of differentially expressed lncRNAs (DElncRNAs) were evaluated by quantitative PCR in PBMC samples from CRC patients and HC. A total of 447 DElncRNAs were identified, with 178 elevated lncRNAs and 269 decreased lncRNAs in PBMC from CRC patients as compared with that from HC. RT-PCR results supported a significant elevation of NEAT1:11, lnc-PDZD8-1:5 and LINC00910:16 in 98 CRC patients and 82 HC. The clinical implication of NEAT1:11, lnc-PDZD8-1:5 and LINC00910:16 as CRC diagnostic biomarker were determined by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, showing sensitivity 74.5% and specificity 84.5% for joint detection the three lncRNAs. Notably, NEAT1:11 was closely related with the size and extent of primary tumor, with higher relative expression of NEAT1:11 in higher T stage (P = 0.0047). Moreover, NEAT1:11 was related with grade (P = 0.012). Collectively, PBMC from patients with CRC show significantly variable expression profiles of lncRNAs, and detection of these differential expression lncRNAs may provide useful information for basic and clinical research.

RESUMO

Hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the lung (HAL) is extremely rare; a standardized treatment strategy for HAL has not been established. The prognosis of patients with unresectable HAL is extremely poor. Here, we reported a 64-year-old male patient with unresectable alpha-fetoprotein-producing HAL who showed moderate harboring programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression and no targetable driver mutations. The patient was treated with brain radiotherapy, multiple lines of chemotherapies, and PD-1 inhibitor and achieved a survival rate of 9 months. The patient finally died because of the progression of brain metastasis. The case report provides valuable information for the treatment strategy development of advanced HAL patients and reminds us of the therapeutic particularity of brain metastasis.

RESUMO

This paper proposes a fast direction of arrival (DOA) estimation method based on positive incremental modified Cholesky decomposition atomic norm minimization (PI-CANM) for augmented coprime array sensors. The approach incorporates coprime sampling on the augmented array to generate a non-uniform, discontinuous virtual array. It then utilizes interpolation to convert this into a uniform, continuous virtual array. Based on this, the problem of DOA estimation is equivalently formulated as a gridless optimization problem, which is solved via atomic norm minimization to reconstruct a Hermitian Toeplitz covariance matrix. Furthermore, by positive incremental modified Cholesky decomposition, the covariance matrix is transformed from positive semi-definite to positive definite, which simplifies the constraint of optimization problem and reduces the complexity of the solution. Finally, the Multiple Signal Classification method is utilized to carry out statistical signal processing on the reconstructed covariance matrix, yielding initial DOA angle estimates. Experimental outcomes highlight that the PI-CANM algorithm surpasses other algorithms in estimation accuracy, demonstrating stability in difficult circumstances such as low signal-to-noise ratios and limited snapshots. Additionally, it boasts an impressive computational speed. This method enhances both the accuracy and computational efficiency of DOA estimation, showing potential for broad applicability.

RESUMO

Chromobox protein homolog 2 (CBX2) exerts a multifaceted impact on the progression of aggressive cancers. The proteasome-dependent pathway is crucial for modulating CBX2 regulation, while the specific regulatory roles and mechanisms of deubiquitinating enzymes targeting CBX2 remain poorly understood. Mass spectrometry analysis identified ubiquitin-specific peptidase 27X (USP27X) as a deubiquitinating enzyme that targets CBX2. Overexpression of USP27X significantly enhances CBX2 levels by promoting deubiquitination, while deficiency of USP27X leads to CBX2 degradation, thereby inhibiting tumorigenesis. Furthermore, it has been revealed that glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta (GSK3ß) can directly bind to and phosphorylate USP27X, thereby enhancing the interaction between USP27X and CBX2 and leading to further stabilization of the CBX2 protein. Clinically, the co-expression of high levels of USP27X and CBX2 in breast cancer tissues is indicative of a poor prognosis for patients with this disease. These findings collectively underscore the critical regulatory role played by USP27X in modulating CBX2, thereby establishing the GSK3ß-USP27X-CBX2 axis as a pivotal driver of malignant progression in breast cancer.

RESUMO

The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) persists in latently infected CD4+T cells and integrates with the host genome until cell death. Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is associated with HIV-1. Possibly, treating HIV/AIDS is an essential but challenging clinical goal. This review provides a detailed account of the types and mechanisms of monotherapy and combination therapy against HIV-1 and describes nanoparticle and hydrogel delivery systems. In particular, the recently developed capsid inhibitor (Lenacapavir) and the Ainuovirine/tenofovir disoproxil fumarate/lamivudine combination (ACC008) are described. It is interestingly to note that the lack of the multipass transmembrane proteins serine incorporator 3 (SERINC3) and the multipass transmembrane proteins serine incorporator 5 (SERINC5) may be one of the reasons for the enhanced infectivity of HIV-1. This discovery of SERINC3 and SERINC5 provides new ideas for HIV-1 medication development. Therefore, we believe that in treating AIDS, antiviral medications should be rationally selected for pre-exposure and post-exposure prophylaxis to avoid the emergence of drug resistance. Attention should be paid to the research and development of new drugs to predict HIV mutations as accurately as possible and to develop immune antibodies to provide multiple guarantees for the cure of AIDS.

RESUMO

Objective: Thrombectomy may provide superior results compared to best medical care for acute posterior circulation strokes (PCS). Contact aspiration (CA), stent retriever (SR), and combined SR + CA (SRA) are commonly employed as first-line techniques. However, the optimal strategy and the role of SRA remain uncertain. Methods: Systematic searching was conducted in three databases (PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane). Network meta-analyzes were performed using random-effects models. The reperfusion and clinical outcomes were compared. Pooled outcomes were presented as odds ratios (OR) with 95% confidence intervals (CI). Rankograms with surface under the cumulative ranking curve (SUCRA) were calculated. Results: Seventeen studies were included, involving a total of 645 patients who received first-line CA, 850 patients who received SR, and 166 patients who received SRA. Regarding final recanalization outcomes, both first-line SRA (OR = 3.2, 95%CI 1.4-11.0) and CA (OR = 2.1, 95%CI 1.3-3.7) demonstrated superiority over SR in achieving successful reperfusion [modified Thrombolysis In Cerebral Infarction (mTICI) 2b-3], with values of SUCRA 91.1, 58.5, and 0.4%, respectively. In addition, first-line SRA showed an advantage in achieving final mTICI 2c/3 compared to CA (OR = 3.6, 95%CI 0.99-16.0) and SR (OR = 6.4, 95%CI 1.3-35.0), with SUCRA value of 98.0, 44.7, and 7.2%, respectively. Regarding reperfusion outcome after the first pass, SRA also achieved a higher rate of mTICI 3 than SR (OR = 4.1, 95%CI 1.3-14.0), while CA did not (SUCRA 97.4, 4.6, 48.0%). In terms of safety outcomes, first-line CA was associated with a lower incidence of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH) compared to SR (OR = 0.38, 95%CI 0.1-1.0), whereas the SRA technique did not (SUCRA 15.6, 78.6, 55.9%). Regarding clinical prognosis, first-line CA achieved a higher proportion of functional independence (modified Rankin Scale (mRS) 0-2) at 90 days than SR (OR = 1.4, 95%CI 1.1-1.9), whereas SRA did not (SUCRA 90.5, 17.4, 42.1%). Conclusion: For acute PCS, a first-line CA strategy yielded better results in terms of final successful reperfusion and 90-day functional independence compared to SR. As the combined technique, first-line SRA was associated with superior first-pass and final reperfusion outcomes compared to SR. However, no significant difference was observed in functional independence achieved by first-line SRA compared to the other two strategies. Further high-quality studies are warranted.

RESUMO

In theoretical biology, a prevailing hypothesis posits a profound interconnection between effective population size (Ne), genetic diversity, inbreeding, and genetic load. The domestication and improvement processes are believed to be pivotal in diminishing genetic diversity while elevating levels of inbreeding and increasing genetic load. In this study, we performed a whole genome analysis to quantity genetic diversity, inbreeding, and genetic load across seven wild Ovis species and five domesticated sheep breeds. Our research demonstrates that the genetic load and diversity of species in the genus Ovis have no discernible impact on recent Ne, and three species within the subgenus Pachyceros tend to carry a higher genetic load and lower genetic diversity patterns. The results coincide with these species' dramatic decline in population sizes within the subgenus Pachyceros ~80-250 thousand years ago. European mouflon presented with the lowest Ne, lower genetic diversity, and higher individual inbreeding coefficient but a lower genetic load (missense and LoF). This suggests that the small Ne of European mouflon could reduce harmful mutations compared to other species within the genus Ovis. We showed lower genetic diversity in domesticated sheep than in Asiatic mouflon, but counterintuitive patterns of genetic load, i.e., lower weak genetic load (missense mutation) and no significant difference in strong genetic load (LoF mutation) between domestic sheep and Asiatic mouflon. These findings reveal that the "cost of domestication" during domestication and improvement processes reduced genetic diversity and purified weak genetic load more efficiently than wild species.

RESUMO

Purpose: To examine post-operative progression and risk impact of insufficient radiofrequency ablation (RFA) following transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) for the prognosis of large hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Materials and Methods: From January 2014 to January 2021 were analyzed. A total of 343 patients with large HCC (diameter >5 cm) who received TACE combined with RFA were enrolled and were divided into two groups: complete ablation (CA, n = 172) and insufficient ablation (IA, n = 171). Overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) were determined by the Kaplan-Meier curve and compared with the log-rank test. To find parameters influencing OS and PFS, clinicopathological variables underwent univariate and multivariate analysis. Results: The cumulative 1-, 3-, and 5-year OS and PFS rates of the CA group were significantly higher than that of the IA group (P < 0.001). 25 (41%) patients in local tumor progression (LTP), 36 (59%) in intrahepatic distant recurrence (IDR), and 0 (0%) in extrahepatic distant recurrence (EDR) in the CA group. 51 (32.1%) patients in LTP, 96 (60.4%) patients in IDR, and 12 (7.5%) cases in EDR in the IA group. The recurrence patterns of the two groups were statistically significant difference (P = 0.039). In multivariate analysis, inadequate ablation and conjunction with TKIs were both significant risk factors for OS and PFS. Apart from these, older age and >7 cm of tumor size were indicators of poor OS and multiple tumors were indicators of poor PFS. Conclusion: Insufficient ablation causes a poor survival outcome of TACE combined with RFA for large HCC, particularly, which can promote IDR.

RESUMO

Background: Sestrin2 functions as a neuroprotective factor. Herein, serum sestrin2 was investigated with respect to its associations with severity, delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI) and prognosis of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH). Methods: In this prospective, observational, cohort, single-center study, serum sestrin2 levels were measured at entry into the study in 45 healthy controls and at admission in 135 aSAH patients. Also, they were gauged in other time points (namely, at days 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7) among 45 patients. Unfavorable prognosis was defined as extended Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOSE) scores of 1-4 at six months after aSAH. Results: Serum sestrin2 levels were immediately raised at admission in patients, increased thereafter, peaked at day 2, declined afterwards till day 7, and were significantly higher than those in controls (all P<0.001). Serum sestrin2 levels had independent correlation with Hunt-Hess scores (beta, 1.715; 95% confidence interval (CI), 0.595-2.835; P=0.003) and modified Fisher scores (beta, 2.505; 95% CI, 1.102-3.907; P=0.001). Alternatively, serum sestrin2 levels, which were independently correlated with 6-month GOSE scores (beta, -0.050; 95% CI, -0.099-0.001; P=0.044), were independently associated with DCI (odds ratio, 1.079; 95% CI, 1.008-1.156; P=0.029) and unfavorable prognosis (odds ratio, 1.093; 95% CI, 1.020-1.172; P=0.012). DCI and prognosis prediction models, which were composed of serum sestrin2, Hunt-Hess scores and modified Fisher scores, were comparatively stable and clinically beneficial under calibration curve and decision curve. Prognosis prediction model showed significantly higher area under receiver operating characteristic curve than serum sestrin2, Hunt-Hess scores and modified Fisher scores alone (all P<0.05). Conclusion: A significant enhancement of serum sestrin2 levels after aSAH is independently related to severity, DCI and poor prognosis following aSAH. The models incorporating serum sestrin2 perform well in predicting the DCI and prognosis of aSAH patients. Presumably, determination of serum sestrin2 may be of clinical significance in aSAH.

RESUMO

Short-chain glucan (SCG) derived from debranched amylopectin has emerged as a promising candidate for the production of resistant starch particle (RSP) due to its controllable self-assembly features. Here, we investigated the effect of metal cations with different valencies and concentrations on the morphology, physicochemical properties, and digestibility of RSP formed by the self-assembly of SCG. The effect of cations on the formation of RSP followed the valency in the following order: Na+, Ka+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Fe3+, and Al3+, of which 10 mM trivalent cations increased the particle size of RSP over 2 µm and considerably decreased the crystallinity by 49.5 % ~ 50.9 %, which were significantly different from that of mono- and divalent ones. Importantly, RSP formed with divalent cations switched the surface charge from -18.6 mV to 12.9 mV, which significantly increased the RS level, indicating that metal cations would be useful for regulating physicochemical properties and digestibility of RSP.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Insertion and deletion (InDel) polymorphisms have considerable potential in the field of forensic genetics because of their low mutation rate and small amplicons. At present, InDel polymorphisms detection based on the technique of capillary electrophoresis is the main technique used in forensic DNA laboratory. However, this method is complicated and time-consuming, and is not suitable for rapid on-site paternity and personal identification. Next-generation sequencing analysis of InDels polymorphisms requires expensive instruments, large upfront reagent and supply costs, computational requirements and complex bioinformatics, increased the time to obtain results. Thus, there is an urgent need to establish a method to provide reliable, rapid, sensitive and economical genotyping for InDels. METHOD: A rapid InDels (32 InDels) panel was established using fluorogenic probes-based multiplex real-time PCR with microfluidic test cartridge and portable real-time PCR instrument. Then, we performed several validation studies including concordance, accuracy, sensitivity, stability, species specificity. RESULTS: It showed that the complete genotypes could be obtained from ≥100 pg of input DNA and from a series of challenging samples with high accuracy and specificity within 90 min. CONCLUSION: This method provides a rapid and cost-effective solution for InDels genotyping and personal identification in portable format.

RESUMO

This paper proposes a human activity recognition (HAR) method for frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar sensors. The method utilizes a multi-domain feature attention fusion network (MFAFN) model that addresses the limitation of relying on a single range or velocity feature to describe human activity. Specifically, the network fuses time-Doppler (TD) and time-range (TR) maps of human activities, resulting in a more comprehensive representation of the activities being performed. In the feature fusion phase, the multi-feature attention fusion module (MAFM) combines features of different depth levels by introducing a channel attention mechanism. Additionally, a multi-classification focus loss (MFL) function is applied to classify confusable samples. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves 97.58% recognition accuracy on the dataset provided by the University of Glasgow, UK. Compared to existing HAR methods for the same dataset, the proposed method showed an improvement of about 0.9-5.5%, especially in the classification of confusable activities, showing an improvement of up to 18.33%.

RESUMO

Goats with diverse economic phenotypic traits play an important role in animal husbandry. However, the genetic mechanisms underlying complex phenotypic traits are unclear in goats. Genomic studies of variations provided a lens to identify functional genes. In this study, we focused on the worldwide goat breeds with outstanding traits and used whole-genome resequencing data in 361 samples from 68 breeds to detect genomic selection sweep regions. We identified 210-531 genomic regions with six phenotypic traits, respectively. Further gene annotation analysis revealed 332, 203, 164, 300, 205, and 145 candidate genes corresponding with dairy, wool, high prolificacy, poll, big ear, and white coat color traits. Some of these genes have been reported previously (e.g., KIT, KITLG, NBEA, RELL1, AHCY, and EDNRA), while we also discovered novel genes, such as STIM1, NRXN1, LEP, that may be associated with agronomic traits like poll and big ear morphology. Our study found a set of new genetic markers for genetic improvement in goats and provided novel insights into the genetic mechanisms of complex traits.

RESUMO

The friction and wear performance of high-performance bearings directly affects the accuracy and maneuverability of weapons and equipment. In this study, high-speed, high-temperature, and heavy-load durability experiments of weapon bearings were carried out, and their wear properties (i.e., surface wear, metamorphic layer, scanning electron microscopy/energy-dispersive spectroscopy (SEM/EDS), residual stress, and retained austenite) were analyzed in multiple dimensions. The results showed the following: (1) The experimental temperature of the serviced front-end bearing is always lower than that of the rear bearing. (2) The metamorphic layer of the serviced rear bearing (i.e., inner ring, outer ring, rolling body, and cage) > the metamorphic layer of the serviced front-end bearing > the metamorphic layer of the unserviced bearing. (3) The rolling body of the rear bearing at high experimental temperatures contains not only elemental O, but also elemental P and Sr. (4) In the EDS analysis of the rolling elements, with the migration from the "ball edge" to the "ball center", the elemental C in the rolling elements of serviced or unserviced bearings decreases slowly, while the elemental Fe content increases slowly.

RESUMO

Arsenic (As) exists widely in the environment and its strong toxicity endangers human health, causing widespread concern. Microbial adsorption technology plays an important role in As removal due to its advantages of high safety, low pollution, and low cost. The removal of As by active microorganisms requires not only good accumulation characteristics but also high As tolerance. The effect of salt preincubation on arsenate [As(V)] tolerance and bioaccumulation of Pichia kudriavzevii A16 and the possible mechanisms were studied. Salt preincubation improved the As(V) tolerance and bioaccumulation ability of the yeast. After Na5P3O10 preincubation, the proportion of dead cells and cells with high reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation decreased from 50.88% and 16.54% to 14.60% and 5.24%, respectively. In addition, the As removal rate significantly increased from 26.20% to 57.98%. The preincubated cells showed stronger As(V) tolerance and removal ability. The potential of use in complex environment to remove As(V) as well as the mechanisms involved in As(V) tolerance by yeast will be discussed.

With the high production and consumption of tea around the world, efficient utilization of tea byproducts (tea pruning, tea residues after production, and drinking) is the focus of improving the economy of the tea industry. This review comprehensively discusses the efficient utilization of tea resources by encapsulation from the dual perspectives of core material and wall material. The core material is mainly tea polyphenols, followed by tea oils. The encapsulation system for tea polyphenols includes microcapsules, nanoparticles, emulsions, gels, conjugates, metal-organic frameworks, liposomes, and nanofibers. In addition, it is also diversified for the encapsulation of tea oils. Tea resources as wall materials refer to tea saponins, tea polyphenols, tea proteins, and tea polysaccharides. The application of the tea-based delivery system widely involves functionally fortified food, meat preservation, film, medical treatment, wastewater treatment, and plant protection. In the future, the coencapsulation of tea resources as core materials and other functional ingredients, the precise targeting of these tea resources, and the wide application of tea resources in wall materials need to be focused on. In conclusion, the described technofunctional properties and future research challenges in this review should be followed.
